I have been in some raids with this guy and i can clearly say that he has no clue about his class.
He has alot of things to learn...

Funneh, you sure it;s the same guy? Cus I raid all the time with Mac and we never fail bcs of him.

i do not recognize ur nick m8, maybe u mistook me for someone else. check my achi's and gear. would i have it w/o knowing how to play?
name the raids u've seen me fail and even better post a ss of it. or are u just messing around?

I am pretty sure.He failed even in EoE 10...

Was once in my lifetime in EoE 10.
1st wipe occured due to DK not doing sparks.
2nd wipe was in phase 3 on drakes.
If we got to drakes, how could i have failed?
Ask Ohshi, she was there.

I wasn't on that raid, nor am I a tank so can't say what was done wrong there. However, if there was a DK in the raid, tank shouln't have to move the boss around too much as the DK can just death grip the sparks (Correct me if I'm wrong). Maybe it was just lack of communication between the raid leader/tank/dk to determine whether to move the boss around or use death grip tactic. I dunno, just a thought.

I haven't really had the pleasure of raiding with Macaaron or Ertai so can't really comment on their raiding "skills", but I can say that they are both mature and stand up guys who can be trusted, which in my book weights more than PvE experience.

Also from what I understand we could use more tanks, so I give my vote to giving them a chance.

Last thing i want to say: Yes, i did not move the boss. As i was the 1st time there, I was following wowwiki:

Phase One

During Phase One, Malygos is tanked in the center of the room by one tank.

And as i remember someone said to move him, so i did and we managed to get it to phase 2.
If tactics found in the internet said: Do not move Hodir, and u would wipe because of that, would u blame tank?

I just wanted to state that I am not a wow godly haxor player, I sometimes do fail. I failed once on Ignis (wrong spot for the fire to be laid on gorund), i failed once on Razorscale (OT didn't taunt her off me, we didn't know we had to), I failed on Assembly of Iron (missed 1 decurse). I even failed on Kologarn - I've fallen down through him. The people I was with on that raid laughed. It was FUN and it was more important then fail. Ye I do fail sometimes. But it's usually on the first try. I always learn from my mistakes and try not to make them again.
I do have very good moments too. 1 day we were doing XT deconstructor, I was OTing, I had quite a few pummelers on me, and MT died. Leader said 'its a wipe' on vent. I picked the boss up and kept picking all the pummelers up. And ye, we downed him.

I am not the best tank of wow. If I was, would I be here with my application?

UPDATE: Just added Indestructible Plate Girdle to my gear (as a second BiS).
